- Why hours instead of gigabytes?
- Because that's how you think about your library. Upload in 4K or 720p: an hour of video counts as an hour. We convert everything to efficient streaming formats, so file size doesn't matter to us either.
- Are AI captions really included?
- Yes. Every video you upload gets AI captions and transcript search on every plan, including Free. You can edit them, or upload your own caption files and bring captions over from Vimeo, Wistia, or Skiv.
- What does unmetered bandwidth mean?
- We don't charge overages or cut you off when a video takes off. If one account's traffic is far beyond normal use for months on end, we'll talk to you about a custom plan first.
- How does the referral credit work?
- Every account gets a share link. Anyone who signs up with it gets their first 30 days of a paid plan free. Each time they pay, 25% of it is credited to your bill, for as long as they're a customer. Each friend who uploads a video also adds 1 hour of hosting to your plan, even on Free.
- Can I switch or cancel any time?
- Yes. Switching plans is prorated. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then moves you to Free. Your videos stay put.
